Having completed a €40 million renovation, the hotel re-opens this May 11th 2009 for the start of the Cannes Film Festival. This is the biggest renovation of any hotel in Cannes in decades, resulting in the most luxurious ocean front suites as well as the most glamorous, comfortable and contemporary guest rooms on the Riviera.

 

The designers have given the rooms a new blend of luxury, glitter and an atmosphere of French elegance: stitched leather, sophisticated brown furniture, shades of chocolate and cream, all under the gaze of legendary film stars. The hotel will have 262 rooms and suites.

 

The hotel is located on the famous La Croisette where the stars flock for the world famous Cannes Film Festival.

 

The hotel lobby is designed as a tribute to the Cannes Film Festival as the hotel sits on the site of the original “Palais des Congrès” where the first Film Festivals were held. Just  50 meters from the beach you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Bay of Cannes and the Lerins Islands. Luxurious amenities include rooftop swimming pool, jacuzzis and terrace offering panoramic views of the marina and sea, a mall of luxury boutiques, 10 conference rooms, a vast auditorium and an underground parking fully renovated as well, an In-house casino and restaurants also facing the Mediterranean blue sea

 

 The Palais Stephanie is «The new place to be » on La Croisette.

•       Creation of one restaurant on the 1st floor: terrace with view on gardens.

 

•       Creation of new break out rooms on the 1st floor

 

•       2 Presidential Suites of 170sqm each.

 

The restaurant Le Grand Bleu on ground floor is also modified.

Now 95 seats instead 55 with direct sea view.
