A new Club showcasing the excellence of the French Riviera as a Meeting, Convention and Incentive Destination
The French Riviera Convention Bureau has been working for several months, in collaboration with local professionals, to create an “Excellence Club”—a signature of quality to promote the French Riviera brand internationally.
The first, Premier Events Partners client’s benefit is to easily identify the top professionals throughout the French Riviera who are committed to quality service and excellence.
Reinvent the “French Riviera” with a branding strategy based on quality.
This new positioning requires the full support of the French Rivera’s leaders and professionals, from both the public and private sectors.
The French Riviera Premier Events Partners Club is a wholly dedicated tool serving the objectives of a new, high-impact and interactive marketing strategy:
- Its members are restricted to area professionals and institutions that meet high standards for quality and sustainable development. Would-be members can follow a certification process if they wish to join.
- It creates synergy for the meeting industry community with a business and marketing strategy that serves the French Riviera metropolitan area.
- It operates in four segments of the meeting industry: corporate events, association meetings, incentive and trade shows.
- It has an annual action plan that is consistent with those of the cities, thus amplifying the latter’s marketing and promotion efforts.
- It helps promote the services of local professionals by emphasizing their competitive advantages. It highlights its members’ savoir-faire garnered from extensive experience organizing events and providing services.
French Riviera & Monaco professionals committed to sustainable development
All Club members who have not yet established their own company-wide sustainable development policy agree to:
- Adopt the Eco-guide roadmap, developed by the ANAE (Association Nationale des Agences d’Evénements—National Association of Events Agencies).
- Offset estimated CO2 emissions via a financial contribution to Action Carbone, a program run by the GoodPlanet Association founded by Yann Arthus Bertrand.
The Premier Event will take place in Nice and give the region and host city a unique opportunity to showcase their expertise, competitive advantages, and professionals. A different city will be chosen to host this event each year.
The idea is to organize a “French Riviera - Monaco Educational Meeting” addressing five key elements:
- Presentation of the destination's economy and technology industry, by its leading figures (Airport, Competitiveness Cluster, Technology Park, University, ...)
- Participation of key personalities, such as organizers of flagship events and major conventions and conferences, who can attest to our know-how. A guest speaker will talk about the future of the French Riviera.
- Presentation of the Club: its strategy, client benefits, and members
- Face to face workshops
- “A la carte” visits of the French Riviera and Monaco’s newest venues, accommodations and meeting venues currently being renovated or under construction.
